Silicon Dream Ltd Auckland, New Zealand Brand theft by commercial vendor to name and promote an unrelated software product On 22 January 2008, Firebird Foundation sent Silicon Dream Ltd CEO Mark Young a formal cease-and-desist letter by registered mail regarding company's use of the Firebird brand for software product Firebird CMS. The letter was ignored. Blacklisted 2 April 2008.
